The studio is fully furnished with a new double mattress, wardrobe, TV-cabinet and bedside table. The studio has a shower en-suite.

The property has a shared kitchen with a good amount of cupboard space.

The property is 5 minutes walk from Woolston high-street and there are bars and restaurants in nearby Centenary Quay.

There is a bus stop at the end of the road with the number 17 bus going to the city centre every 10 minutes. The journey takes about 20-40 minutes depending on traffic.

The property has a secure and convenient place to store bicycles.

There is a parking space for a small car available at an additional cost.

Bills are included.

Broadband is not included. You will need to organise your own 5G broadband if you want wi-fi.

I am looking for a conscientious and friendly tenant.

I am shy and it takes me a while to get to know new people. In my spare time I like mountain biking and relaxing watching TV. I am doing up some of the other rooms in the property as my main job at the moment.
