Located on Surrey Road in Woolston, it is 5 minutes walk to Woolston high-street and 2-3 minutes walk to Centenary Quay where there is a coffee shop and a bar/restaurant. There is a bus stop at the end of the road where the number 17 bus goes into the city centre every 10 minutes. The journey takes about 20-40 minutes door-to-door depending on traffic. Cycling into the city takes 10 minutes.

All bills are included including broadband.

I am looking for a respectful and conscientious lodger who will pay their rent on time.

I am a live in landlord that keeps myself to myself.
