Hi,
I'm subletting a room for a period of at least 2-3 months.
The flat is on the first floor, centrally located near bargate, with the Queen's park in front of the house and a free community gym on the ground floor.
The room has its own bathroom.

The total rent of £850 here includes all bills (Council tax - band C, energy, water, broadband).

We have a large living room with a small balcony (looking out into the park) and open kitchen.
I am looking for someone considerate and respectful.
