Hi, my name is Thomas I have been living in this flat for the past year and am quite happy there. My current housemate is moving city. I am looking for someone to replace him from June Onward.

This flat is located with a view on the see and a really nice calm area to live on, it is close from town and you would have your own bathroom as we have two of them.

I am working on an office job and therefore require some calm during the week, cleaning less is quite important to me as well, at least for our commun area.

I am originally from France but been living here for the past 8 years. I enjoy watching rugby and would like to find someone with you we could build a friendship more than just a tenancy.
