Looking for a replacement tenant (official tenancy takeover) for a private single room at Canvas Capital House, Southampton.

The room is part of a 4-person flat on the same floor. Bathrooms and toilets are shared within the floor (2 per floor). Kitchen and living areas are shared across the building.

All bills and broadband included. This is the rent stated in my current contract, and the replacement tenant will take over the same terms (the current advertised price on the Canvas website is higher).
