The flat is 5 mins from the beach and the leisure centre and Morrisons is a 15 minute walk away. It is about a 10 minute walk from the town centre/university campus.

I am a very chilled out landlord and all I ask is for you to pay rent on time and keep the flat well.

You will be sharing with a female who is a visiting student.
