Gluten-free household in the centre of St Andrews.

The bedroom is spacious and includes a semi-separate desk/work area, a smart TV and a view over the private garden. There is a second bed below the single bed that can be pulled out for visitors, however, the room is too cramped for full-time sharing in this configuration.

The house is fully furnished with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom is shared with a bath and overhead shower. There is an Xbox One and a log-burning stove in the living room.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas hob and has an adjacent dining area comfortable for up to 4 people. As well as the usual accessories (kettle, toaster and microwave), additional gadgets include rice and egg cookers, a juice machine, a filter coffee and a Nespresso machine.

All bills are covered including fibre optic broadband. The whole house is double-glazed, with loft insulation and gas central heating.

My boyfriend and I are both graduates from St Andrews where we met 14 years ago. After working away for two years, we are currently working for ourselves and therefore work from our office at home most days. As students, we lived here with a flatmate and made some really great memories together. Our current flatmate moves out at the end of September so we are looking for someone else to take the room. We are quite relaxed about who we live with but would appreciate someone who is clean and tidy and will keep the kitchen a gluten-free zone as my boyfriend has coeliacs.

We also have a cat, Jess. She loves cuddles and treats - she will even high-five if you ask her nicely!
