I am a PhD student at the University of St Andrews and I have 1 double bedroom available in the house I am currently staying in.

The house is under HMO and part of a joint tenancy. It is located in a very quite area, close to the town centre and near to the Aldi store.

The flatmates are two PhD students. They are very friendly and approachable.

The room is on the top floor, it is very big and toilet is shared with the other rooms on the same floor. There is a second toilet on the ground floor.

I am looking for a person that will occupy the room from April 2020 onwards. Note that, as it will be a sublet, I will need a reference from a previous landlord. Moreover, if you are not a student you will have to pay council taxes on the top of the monthly rent.

The price is fixed until end August 2020 due to COVID-19 situation. From September 2020 if the situation gets better the price of the room might increase to £465 per month. Monthly bills are approximately £35 (gas+electricity+internet).
