Are you a female postgraduate looking for a spacious, comfortable place to live from May to August? I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for these months.

The Grange is a brand new postgraduate/staff housing development near East Sands that opened to students in September 2023. The flat is furnished, ground level, has two bedrooms and one bathroom, with views of the sea and countryside, and is shared with another female postgraduate.

The rent is £667/month and utilities (internet and gas/electric) have come out to £64/month, though this will be lower once we opt out of the standard tariff option.

Woodburn Terrace bus stop on Lamond Drive is an 8 minute walk down the hill, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk into town.
