Double Room to Rent in Friendly Ground Floor Flat

A bright, comfortable double bedroom is available in my fully furnished ground floor flat. It’s a great spot for someone looking for a relaxed, easy-going home.

The room: A good-sized double bedroom, ready to move into.

The flat: Fully furnished throughout, so there’s no need to bring much more than your own belongings. Being on the ground floor means easy access with no stairs, which is handy when you’re carrying shopping or luggage.

The location: Everything is on your doorstep. The shops and town centre are within easy walking distance, and the beach is close by too, perfect for morning walks or unwinding after work.

About me: I work from home, so I’m usually around during the day. I’d be looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, and considerate, and who would enjoy a friendly but private living arrangement.
