I am Paul-Emile, I am French and I can speak many languages. I am a 3rd-year student at the University of Stirling.
My flatmate is moving out also my Girlfriend is also moving out of the city so I can not ask her to share the flat with me. That is why I am posting this advertise here.
I am looking for someone with a friendly nature, who doesn't smoke at least not in the house. who enjoy talking and all that jazz. If that is you

About the flat,
It is a 2 big double bedroom flat with shared kitchen, washroom & Livingroom in Bridge of Allan. This flat is at a very beautiful location with very close to the river, you can hear bird and river noise in the morning which is mesmerising. University is 25 minutes walk from the flat, nearly 3-5 minutes of driving if you have a car. There is parking space available for free behind the house. There are Tesco Express and Co-Op like 7-10 minutes of walk from the flat. You can 54 number of the bus which goes to town through Bridge of Allan every 30 minutes.

The monthly bill is £350 which you will pay to Jim (Landlord) excluding bills which are nearly £100 quarterly each (can be less) and every time I will share the bills with you because I receive them. There is a £250 security deposit also.
