Flat is positioned in the city centre of Stirling, opposite Tesco and a 5 minute walk to the train station and surrounded by bus stops for access to the uni!

The lodger must be a student and preferably a female student in final university years or post-grad. Currently flatmates are both female going into 4th year!
It's a quiet and tidy flat and we would really like to keep it that way, a no party zone!

The flat is fully furnished and the bedroom will have double bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The room is left empty just now in case you want to bring any of your own furniture.

Rent includes Tv with amazon fire stick and tv licence and Wi-fi. No council tax as it is a student flat. Washing machine and tumble dryer also included!
