Greetings, my name is Craig, a Masters student and online English teacher looking for a new flatmate. I do the vast majority of my socialising outside of the flat, have no crazy flat parties; randoms sleeping in bathtub.

I teach English online in my room, so it is very important to me that my flatmate is considerate of this. I will be studying and working the majority of the time that I am not sleeping. I am looking for a flatmate in a similar predicament, somewhat quiet and tidy.

The flat is in a good location, just off of Henderson Street, behind Jam Jar. It is an ideal location for a student, with a bus stop two minutes away, with the bus to the university taking about ten minutes, running three times an hour. It is a pleasant <30 minute walk into the university. A perfect way to stay in shape. The train station is ten minutes away also.

The bedroom is quite small, featuring a single bed; bedside table; wardrobe; chest of drawers; and a small desk. The living room and kitchen are of a good size. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, gas central heating and an electric shower in the bathroom.

I have no real preference with regard to flatmate gender, or age, though a student is definitely preferred.
