Flat is placed in third floor in quiet neighborhood at Garthland Drive, Dennistoun. This is good location near City Centre - only 25 mins by walk. Good access to the public transport ( buses 41, 60, 60A, 90 ) walking distance to local shops : Tesco Forge, Lidl, lots of pubs near Duke Street, 10 mins walk to lovely Alexandra Parade Park, around 20 minutes away by walk to University of Strathclyde.
You will be sharing flat with 2 lovely , kind, professional, ambitious , reasonable, friendly 2 guys... so lets us know if that suites your requirements, we are always happy to help or adjust if need be in terms of security deposit or moving dates..
