My current flatmate is moving out in April so I’m looking for someone to take his place!

The flat is fully furnished with everything you need, including a dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, 2 ovens, electric hob, 65” TV and all the kitchen utensils you’ll need.

The room being advertised has a double bed, desk, storage space and an en-suite bathroom. It is in a great location on Sauchiehall Street.

Bills have been set up however are not included in the clyde property price but in total is about £30 pcm on average. (No need to pay gas bills!)
