Spacious and warm double room with a nice bed, a large kitchen, and a refurbished bathroom. There's a clothes dryer in the kitchen, and plenty of towels and bedsheets if you're traveling light. Also lots of room in the entrance to store a bike.

Council tax and Wifi are included in the price. The other bills will need to be paid separately (it is pay as you go, and you can top up your energy card from the shop next door).

The flat is on Duke Street and really close to the City Centre and Belgrove station. Lidl is a 2-minute walk away, Morrisons 10 minutes, and there is a large retail park (with Aldi, Tesco, B&Q, etc.) about 10-15 minutes away.

I'm working abroad at the moment and don't know when I'll be back (or if I want to come back). I've set a maximum lease of 2 months for now but if you want to stay longer we can discuss that, and I'll let you know far in advance if it is possible.

My sister is living there just now, she just graduated and is looking for work.
