City Centre Merchant City House (Unite Students) En Suite looks for replacement.

It has a perfect location. 3 minutes to Buchanan Street /St Enoch subway station. Close to George Square, Glasgow Art Gallery, Glasgow Green.

The room is on the fourth floor, with at least 18 square meters, with your own bathroom, and shared kitchen. The room and bathroom are bigger than you imagine. It’s an accessible ensuite. You can check details on the unite students websites. I will update pictures later.

I am leaving and looking for a replacement tenant to take over the contract. The earliest start date could be the 1st of June,

You have to be a student (proof needed for the staff to offer you a contract if you decide to take over).

No extra charge. The transfer of the tenancy will be officiated by the Unite Students Staff. £145 per week till 30th August, 2024.
