It’s the second floor in a tenement building with a clean, well-kept stairwell and friendly neighbours who are quiet and respectful. The flat gets lots of light and is very spacious, with a large entry hall and equally-sized bedrooms. Your room will come with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers; it gets the sun in the afternoon and evening!

The flat is less than a two minute walk from St. George’s Cross subway station. It’s around 25 mins to Glasgow University and about the same to the city centre.

I’m 23 and at Glasgow Uni doing my postgrad in history. I’m quite a chill person; I do a lot of listening to music, reading, watching films, and drinking with friends (tea or pints mainly, sometimes red wine).

This is not typically a party flat but friends and gatherings are always welcome— it is a very chill place that you are welcome to decorate as you like. I would like someone clean and tidy, but this isn’t the army and I’m not strict so there’s lee way there. I would however like someone who is good at communication— either over text or in person— and up for doing the main jobs for the flat equally/together.
