I am looking for a student to replace me at Foundry Courtyard, 214 Kennedy Street, Glasgow City Centre (3 minutes walk to Bukanna Station). The room is En-suite; you would only share a kitchen with other flatmates. I have 5 months or 21 weeks left in my existing tenancy contract (April 1 to August 29). I have completed my postgraduate studies and going back to my Home Country, Nigeria by the end of this month. The rent is £160 per week (bills and 24/7 uninterrupted WiFi inclusive), but I'm ready to give the lucky student a discount of £210 (£10 per week). You will have free access to Gym, cinema room, laundry equipments, among others.
