My name is Nicole and I own a flat in Dennistoun. Sadly one of my tenants is moving out after a year of tenancy to move to London. I lived in the flat for two years prior to this with one lodger as a flatmate and absolutely loved it!

I am a live out landlord who currently lives in London, but my dad helps out with keeping on top of any maintenance, so you will also have someone to hand if there are any problems.

The room being advertised is at the front of the property. You would be sharing with Jacqueline who is calm, tidy, considerate, friendly but of course respects others space and time on her own. There are 2 bathrooms in the property (Jacqueline has an en-suite wetroom/bathroom (with shower), so you pretty much have the main bathroom to yourself!.

The flat is colourful and homely and myself and my tenants have loved living in it. The area of Dennistoun is a fantastic, vibrant area of Glasgow with independent cafes, brunch places, bars and shops. They have also reported I have been a very attentive landlord :) happy to provide references from them.

The flat is a 20 minute walk to Glasgow Queen St station.
Nearest train station is Bellegrove (4 min journey into City centre)
Uber to city centre around £4/£5
Can reach Glasgow West End in around 30/35 mins.
