The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a hallway and a combined kitchen/living room with a Juliet balcony. It also has a private underground car park.

The bedroom available is the one shown and has a private bathroom next door. The desk and chair pictured in the bedroom is not included as is some other furniture around the flat.

You will be sharing with John, a 22 year old male who currently works full time in morning/evening shift patterns. I am a very easy going and respectful flatmate who enjoys chatting about all sorts, yet, is happy giving you space when you want it.

Only things I really care about:

* Let each other know about party’s/having friends round.

* I am a clean and tidy person and wan’t a flatmate who is the same. Give and take, e. g. I’ll do your dishes if you do mine etc.

* I currently split all bills and shared items 50/50 e. g. Milk etc. with my current flatmate and would like this to continue.
