Heya, there will soon be a room available in my flat. Technically I'm a live in landlord, but I'm hardly ever around so most of the time it'll just be you and my lodger Callum, who's a nice young lad. We are both craftsmen by day and musicians/artists by evening, but the house is generally pretty clean and quiet.
Utility bills are all covered by me, so the only bill you'd need to pay outside of the rent is a share of the council tax, which works out to about 50 quid each.
The area is pretty peaceful and there's a massive Tesco nearby. 15min bus ride to city centre.
Officially, the room will only be free by the end of March, but the current tenant is ready to move out sooner, so if that works for you we might be able to do a deal. We're ideally looking for someone around our age with somewhat similar interests, but we're pretty open minded. Message me to arrange a viewing!
