I’m looking for a mature, responsible and reliable flatmate to share my home with.

I’m looking for someone who has a stable job/income, is responsible with rent and bills, and lives a settled and independent lifestyle. I’m quite particular about who I share my home with, so finding someone who is genuinely compatible is really important to me.

🧼 Cleanliness is especially important. I keep my home very clean, tidy and organised, and I’m looking for someone with the same standards. I’m not looking for someone who is simply “reasonably tidy” — I want someone who naturally cleans up after themselves, keeps shared spaces spotless and takes pride in their home.

Our bills are around £60 each , each month, this includes, wifi, gas, and electricity so including rent and bills would range around £680 a month its never been above £700 ☺️
I am a student so i dont pay council tax, but for professionals it would be £123 band C

A bit about me 🕉️:
I work part time and study full time, I am a business graduate and now I’m expanding my skills in alternative health and complementary therapies to hopefully open my own business helping people through mind-body connection! Im relatively quiet and self reserved but i love deep convos and sharing knowledge/ experiences, in my spare time i go to the gym, i do yoga, i meditate every morning, and i like to read in peace, i also like being creative from time to time, like watercolour paints 😌
I do vape but i don’t smoke or drink and i would prefer to live with someone like minded 🙂
