Hi. My 2 flatmates moved out and I have just taken over the lease and am looking for a new flatmate. There are 2 whole bedrooms for you to choose from, furnished with mattresses, clothes hangers, and desks.
It is situated in a very convenient location, directly on Duke St. 5-15 minute walks to Lidl, Aldi, Iceland, Coop. We are a mere 10-15 minute walk from the beautiful Alexandra Park, which is a really impressive and large park if you haven't been.
Students are more than welcome as well as professionals. Rent is £440 + appx £40 for gas and electric + £14 for Wifi (appx £500 total). Gas and electric is on a pay-as-you go basis. First month's rent (August) will need to be paid.
Little about me: I do piano tuning but also looking for other work on the side. I am a dual-citizen of the US and UK. I moved to Scotland around 3-4 months ago.
I'd like a flatmate who is conscientious and respectful. I am very friendly and communicative with those I live with, willing to help with moving, fixing stuff, solving problems that might occur, etc :).
Feel free to reach out to ask about a viewing and tell me a little about yourself. What is your work? Hobbies and interests?
p. s. The flat is not ready just yet and will be professionally cleaned but will be ready after the 10th of August. Updated photos coming soon. Short lets might be considered just let me know the circumstance. Thanks.
NOTE: Apologies if I do not get back to you. I am receiving many messages and I can't respond to them all.
