I’m a final-year student currently sharing the flat with a friend, who is moving back home at the end of August. I’m therefore looking for a friendly, considerate student or professional to take the room. I’m easy-going and would ideally like to live with someone who will treat the flat as their home, who is tidy and is comfortable sharing with one other person.
The flat is in a very central location (unlike some other ads which promise this!), less than five minutes from Glasgow city centre. There is a subway station directly across the road, and Glasgow Central Station is around a five-minute walk away, making it very convenient for students at any of Glasgow’s main universities or anyone looking to commute to work.
For any students: The University of Strathclyde is around a 10 to 15-minute walk away, Glasgow Caledonian University around 20 minutes on foot, and the University of Glasgow can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by subway and a short walk. It could also work well for someone studying at the University of the West of Scotland’s Paisley campus, which is around a 10-minute train journey from Glasgow Central, followed by a short walk to the campus.
