About me: Hello I'm Giulia, from Turin, Italy,
27yo PhD student in Chemistry.

Looking for: female flatmate, clean, polite and respectful of shared spaces.

Area: flat is located in Woodlands, a strategic area of West End, very close to city centre: two minutes walking from Great Western Road, less then five minutes walking to S. George subway stop, 15 minutes walking to UofG and less then 30 minutes walking from City Centre. You will be so close to the beautiful Kelvingrove Park.

Flat: it's a big and bright tenement with two bedroom, two bathrooms, no carpet, you will have your own bathroom, but outside your room, all furnished. We have also dishwasher.

Council tax band D if you are a professional you are entitled to ask for 25% discount because I'm a student.

Bills no more then £80 pound each person (included broadband, gas and electricity)
