Due to some personal circumstances I am currently unable to take up a lease in Collegelands, which is a private student accommodation on Havannah St in the city centre of Glasgow. It is run by a company called Fresh and I am looking for someone to take over my lease with them.

The lease is 44 weeks, starting in Sept 2024 and ending in July 2025.

The room has a small double bed, with an en suite shower room. There is also a wardrobe, desk and plenty of storage. The kitchen is shared with the 4 or 5 other residents of the flat.
As for the rent (which includes all bills and wifi, as well as an onsite gym), it works out to around £195/week, or £780/month. The rent is paid in slightly different sized chunks - and in advance- , with payments starting in August and ending in April, whereas the tenancy actually spans from September to July.

I've attached the payment schedule below.
As you can see the payments start in advance and are in 8 instalments, however the total amount works out to around 195 a week over the 44 weeks of the tenancy.
