I am looking for someone to take over my booking in Buchanan View for the 2024-2025 period, it is a 1 bed room but I cant figure out this website to make it say that. The company owning Buchanan View is Student Roost. The rooms are comfortable and have a lot of storage, kitchens come with a microwave, kettle, toaster along with other general appliances. There is a communal lounge with a pool table, and a garden with seating. The rooms are in flats of 4-5 people. While the length of the current contract is 51 weeks, but can be changed to 44 weeks. The staff are really friendly and there is always someone available at reception at all hours. Please contact me to ask about this.

The photos here are taken off the internet because my room is messy but all rooms look almost exactly like the photos, if there's any difference it'll be very small.
