Large bedroom in a 2-bedroom flat, near the Mitchell Library. We will be away for 9 months so the whole flat will be yours practically. We will keep our stuff in one of the rooms (and a storage) and I might come to stay there for a couple of days every two months or so.

The flat's location is great - 10-15 mins walk to Glasgow uni, the westend, or city center. Tesco, Lidl and the Mitchell Library around the corner. One of the best coffee shops in Glasgow downstairs.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, walk-in closet with a lot of storage. The living room is big with large windows and large TV and sofa. Very bright and sunny for the odd day Glasgow has sun. The flat is on the third floor, no elevator. Good wifi: Talktalk 65 Mbps.

The rent includes all the bills. 1400 for couples.

Please tell us a bit about you (and we will happily tell you about us). This is our home, not an investment (barely covering bills while away), that we will be returning to and we'd like it to be a home for someone good who'd enjoy it but also take good care of it.
