The flat is located just off Great Western Road and is in walking distance to both Glasgow uni and the city centre. The closest subway stop is also a 2 minute walk away.

The flat is on the top floor of the building so has amazing views of the surrounding area.

The room itself is spacious and comes fully furnished (as can be seen in photos). There is also a large shared living room/ dining room, as well as a separate kitchen.

Currently living in the flat is myself Evie, and my flatmate Aurora. We are both really friendly and sociable however we also respect each other privacy.

Rent was £500 per month (excluding bills) but has temporarily been reduced to £425 a month due to ongoing roof repairs (as can been seen in photos). Bills vary each month but are usually between £25-£40 each.

Please note we would be looking for someone to move in early July.
