Hi everyone! I’m Sophie, I’m 24 and am about to graduate from uni, I currently work full time as a bar supervisor, and my hobbies include ballet, cooking and art! I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmates room in my flat.

The room will be available at the end of September. The housing association I rent from has quite a long tenancy application process so I’d need you to be really on the ball with it. You’ll need to provide proof of income etc. The entire flat is furnished and kitted out apart from the room available, as the current furniture belongs to my flatmate.

Wifi is £15 each, bills range from £60-80 but I would like to keep them to a minimum. I currently pay £75 each CT with discount, and rent is £424 each.

I’m looking for someone who is clean tidy and respectful of communal areas like the kitchen, living room and bathroom as this is how I like to live. I have one cat, she is 5 and friendly and super cute but she can be quite vocal so I really need my new flatmate to love cats as much as I do! When I’m home she spends most of her time with me so she won’t bother you too much. I like travelling now and then so if you’d feel comfortable looking after her for a few days here and there that would be a plus 🙂‍↔️

The flat is a few minutes walk from Bellgrove station which is two stops from Queen Street Station, a 15 min walk from Strath Campus and there is bus stops also a short walk from the building. There is also a supermarket across the road and another 15/20 mins walk away.

I am pretty chill to live with but if you have any questions about living preferences feel free to send me a message. I’m work a lot throughout the week and over weekends, so I’d say I’m quite busy and I like my home to be somewhere I can come back to and unwind. I can be quiet to myself sometimes during busy work periods but I’m always down to hang out now and again!
