Hi! I’m looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to share my 3-bedroom furnished house in NE4. The house has a big kitchen, bright living room (I plan to decorate it nicely and get a TV), and 1 bathroom.
A bit about me: I’m a Master’s student in Psychology and also work part-time, so I’m busy during the day but easy-going and friendly. I’m clean, respectful, and like keeping my home cozy and comfortable. I enjoy relaxing at home, chatting, and sometimes watching TV, but I also value my personal space.
Rent is £500 per month + bills shared 50/50, with a £250 deposit. Minimum stay preferred: 6 months. I’m looking for someone tidy, responsible, and easy-going to share a comfortable home.
