Hi, due to me dropping out of my course there is now a free room in the house i was supposed to be living in.
It is with 5 medical students- 4 girls and a boy who i have lived with this year and are all super friendly and tidy.
it would be preferable if a female would be able to take over my tenancy.
It is on Western Hill so only a short walk to both the city campus and sunderland royal hospital!
The room is 110 a week bills included and tenancy begins at the end of August.
