Hi there! I am listing a furnished double bedroom with its own bathroom (not ensuite) in my flat.
ME:
I WFH for a pharmaceutical company, mostly long hours these days.
I have two lovely cats that roam freely around the flat.

THE FLAT:

Your bedroom has a 135cm bed with under-bed storage, a 150 cm wide wardrobe w/sliding doors/mirror, a shoe cabinet and a folding desk (Can be stored away if you don't need a desk) and a chair.
*Please note the flat is fully equipped and you cannot bring any furniture/appliance with you (any particular need to be discussed during the viewing)
I have my own ensuite so the main bathroom is for yourself.
The flat is very bright with dual aspect windows and with laminate flooring throughout save for the bedrooms, where there is carpet. There is underfloor heating, video entry phone system and a south facing private balcony. There’s also a secure bicycle store at the basement.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Residents in our building have formed a nice community and kind/polite behaviour is expected at all times.
We are lucky to have two parks nearby: Bartlett Park and Langdon Park.
The area is being regenerated and lovely coffee shops like Poplar Union offer a great vibe/coffee/freshly baked bread and activities if you want to get involved with the community! The canal is 2 min down the road for walks to Stratford or Limehouse basin. Victoria park is only 15 min away by bike.
