hii,

I have a double bed room, available from 3rd September as I'm moving abroad. Great location and cheap rent compared to the area.

-15 min walk to Canada Water (Jubilee Line)/ 10 min walk to Surrey Quays (Windrush line Overground)
-1 min walk to Surrey Docklands Gym
-7 min walk to Groceries: Lidl and Tesco Extra
-Cafes, restaurants, pubs all closeby.
-20 mins to London Bridge and Greenwich.

Bills come up to £100-125 per month. The room has ample space to WFH with a great view and is not a box room. Bathroom/Toilet shared with one woman only. It is east-facing gets a lot of natural light in the morning. Small storage-room in the room for shoes and jackets/coats with loft for more storage if needed.
