I am moving countries and I am looking for someone to take my room! Offering a spacious, en-suite furnished bedroom in a flat of 2 as seen in pictures - you get plenty of space and your own bathroom, in addition to a floor to ceiling window to enjoy the views!
You also have 2 free gyms, one in the same building at the 1st floor and another one in the main building (Proton Tower) and a 24h concierge service. There is also a Morrisons Local 2 minutes away.
COSTS
The room is £1150 pcm, as it is half the price of the whole flat.
All bills are included apart from council tax and broadband internet!
Deposit is £1,847 and it is safely kept by Foxtons.

TRANSPORT
The flat is located right next to East India DLR station, 2 minutes away and it also has bus connections to Canary Wharf and Blackheath.
It's 20 mins walk from Canary Wharf, 15 mins walk from Canning Town, both which offer great shops variety and restaurants, as well as more tube connections.
We are 2 female young professionals sharing this flat, with a common open space kitchen/living room overlooking river Thames and the O2 arena from the 16th floor, with a great view of the sunrise!
