Hi! We are looking for a new flatmate! It's a cozy, spacious room, approximately 6.7 square meters, with built-in wardrobe, table, chair, nightstand, and bookshelf included.
Approximately a 5-minute walk to Surrey Quays station and 10 minutes to Canada Water station. Excellent connections to central London. Close to local amenities - Tesco Express, Lidl, and a shopping centre all within 10 minutes walking distance. 1.5 bathrooms all shared, as well as a kitchen and sizeable living room.
Bills not included, electricity and gas need to be topped up at the local post office, wifi is split between us, water bill every 6 months and council tax monthly (tax band C). We are looking for someone respectful, honest and friendly.
