hello! A double bedroom in a modern and cosy flat for 2 people, with a lot of light, equipped with everything (close to DLR Limehouse, Stepney Green, Mile end), available for a responsible woman.
Move-in date flexible in August :)
The house has nice light, it's located in a quiet neighbourhood, has a fully equipped and nice kitchen, a shared modern living room, a lovely large balcony facing west for warm sunsets. You room is bright, with a nice double bed, large closet, drawers, a desk and chair.
The flat includes only 2 bedrooms (your and mine), the bathroom is shared, with a shower/bath double option.
About you: a professional who pays her bills on time, mature, responsible, respectful, with open communication and an attitude to go along well, open to a chat but still independent, with a positive attitude to life (let's keep it positive and light).
You don't smoke and have no addictions: great! If you have a partner, the partner doesn't sleep at your place more than once/month.
As I have my shower quite late (usually 23:00- 1 am), you are fine with this: thanks, it's very important for me that this doesn't bother you :)
Ideally, you don't have a huge amount of furniture/equipment/appliances, as the house is already furnished.
About me: I am a 47 yo researcher, mostly busy with work (from the lab or from home), with a positive attitude to life. I like to have an open and relaxed atmosphere at home.
I like reading, writing, listening to my podcasts, I have some plants on the balcony, I like my gym and ballet classes, some concerts/exhibitions... I usually shower late, so it's important that this doesn't bother you (it's my go-to-bed routine). I like to recycle, be rather environmentally friendly and keep the house clean/cosy, but I am not obsessed if there is a crumb or glass temporarily out of place.
About us, we:
- keep a relaxed and cosy atmosphere at home;
- have open and relaxed communication
- clean after ourselves (dish washing, re-organise the bath after shower, recycle, leave outdoor shoes in the closet...)
- go along well with the lovely neighbours of the block
- share the bills (concil tax + broadband + gas + electrics + water = ~200/month for each tenant);
- share the weekly cleaning expenses (~£28/week);
- share the cleaning product expenses (detergents, toilet paper, kitchen towels etc.)
- have some visitors overnight from time to time but not on a regular basis, so that the house can be used by us in relaxation
