This home would suit someone who’s also a bit of a clean freak and naturally enjoys keeping shared spaces tidy and organised.
Preferred habits include:
• Cleaning the kitchen immediately after cooking
• Wiping down the hob and kitchen worktops after every use
• Removing food waste before placing dishes into the dishwasher
• Not leaving dirty dishes or food in the sink overnight
• Keeping shared areas free from personal belongings and clutter
• Taking the rubbish out regularly (usually every 2–3 days)
• Sharing the weekly cleaning of the communal areas (e. g. mopping the floor)
🌙 House Rules
• Quiet after 10pm
• No cats
• Overnight guests are welcome in moderation, but preferably limited to no more than 6 nights max. per month
