Hi! I’m renting out a bright and spacious double room. It’s a calm, comfortable home in a brilliant location – perfect for someone who wants great connections while still enjoying a relaxed living space.
The room has large mirrored wardrobes with loads of storage, a comfortable double bed, and your own private bathroom. There’s also space to work from home if needed. The flat itself has a modern open-plan living and dining area filled with natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony that’s great for morning coffee or winding down in the evening.
The location really speaks for itself. The Jubilee line tube station is just a 2-minute walk away, making commuting incredibly easy. London Bridge is about a 30-minute walk, and there’s a bus stop right outside. You’ve also got the Windrush line for easy access to South West and East London, safe cycling lanes nearby, a bike shed in the complex, and even a boat ferry by the river. Sainsbury’s, a big Tesco, Decathlon, pubs, canal, cafés, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The building also has a private residents’ garden, which is a lovely bonus in the summer.
A bit about me: I’m social and friendly, always up for a chat or the occasional shared dinner, but I also value personal space and downtime – and I fully respect that in others too. I work in the office five days a week, so during weekdays you’ll hardly see me. On weekends I’m usually out and about.
I’m looking for a tidy, respectful professional who wants a comfortable home rather than just a room.
