Our flatmate is moving out so we are looking for a replacement for him.

Flat is very spacious and with lots of light.
2mins walking time to Langdon Park DLR.

We are both software engineers. One of us has lived here for the last 3 year and the other for the last year.

We have pretty busy schedules but occasionally make time for a flat movie night on the projector in the living room. Or just a random chat whenever we bump into each other.

We like to keep things a bit tidy but we are understanding as well. We don t have a cleaning rote we just message each other to find time one evening to clean the apartment for a couple hours and we do it together.
