Very near Tesco with a 15 min walk to the vet school and Stag Hill Campus, and is on the Number 4+5 Guildford bus route

Landlord is very accommodating and I have not had any issues in the last 3 years living here.
New bathroom and some renovation planned for this summer also.

Property is entirely let by student at this moment.
