Bills included and lovely area near to town centre.
This advert is quite hard to change but I am 54 live alone as my sons have moved out now.
I’m walking distance to town though the bus stops just outside the close and the station is very close.
It’s a lovely house and very quiet as in the private Queen Elizabeth Park.
I’m looking to rent a room as it’s a waste to leave the room empty.
