Looking for a replacement tenant for my 1-bedroom flat (lived here for 2 years with convenience of literally everything! Moving to London so need someone to replace me here)

Key details:
• 1 bedroom with a separate living room and a huge kitchen (4 people can cook together!)

• In a quite neighborhood but 5 minutes-walk to the town centre where you get everything, all major grocery stores, gym, coffee shops, pubs etc.

• 8 minutes walk to the station (30 min train to London Waterloo) and 15-20 minutes walk to the university. Guildford main bus station is just 5 minutes walk away from where you get buses for anywhere!

• All essential appliances in place (excluding the dishwasher), flat managed by agency, very good landlord, responsive and responsible.

• Bright, airy and very positive energy (huge windows, so you can see outside area and trees from all rooms)

• The landlord/agency would require the tenant to have stable income. It’s a good deal for the price given the location and how spacious the flat is.

Note: No water bill but council tax and energy bills are separate from the rent. The rent includes the amount for no-deposit scheme so no deposit is required, but if you wish to pay the deposit, the rent will be reduced by £54
