- The house doesn't have room to put your bike in so if you have one the garden is plenty big enough and has a side entrance so you won't need to go through the house.

About the Room:
- Upstairs large single – nice sized bedroom with bed cupboards and table included. Middle of house, with window looking out onto back garden, gets sun in the afternoons. Rooms has high Victorian ceilings.

About the people:
- Current inhabitants are all PhD students or older undergraduates in 20’s. We are very clean, tidy and fun people with open minds. All quiet and hard-working.

About Transport:
- 30-40 mins to Sussex uni by bus
- 3 mins walk to the nearest bus stop where the 49 & 26 stops.
- 15 mins walk to London road station (train to Sussex uni campus takes 7mins).
- 30 min cycle to Sussex uni (the way back takes longer as it's uphill).
- 25 min walk into the town centre.

About the area:
- Lovely local area with local shops a 2 minute walk away including co-op, bakery, butchers, café, pub, takeaways, off-license, pharmacy, grocery store & more.
- It is a smart and quiet area, unlike the student area of Lewes road, but you will have to walk 15 mins to find it.

What we are looking for:
- We are looking for a post-graduate or mature student
- If you’re looking to party every week, this probably isn’t the house for you (however, we are still social).
- The other rooms are currently rented out to 3 girls and a boy. We’d like to keep a mix of 3 girls and 2 boys so will prioritise a male tenant if possible in order to keep a balance.
- We like to keep the house clean, all sharing the cleaning responsibilities.
