Excellent location for students as it’s close to Sussex & Brighton university.

You’ll be close to the universities, Amex Stadium, the gorgeous Stanmer Park Woodlands and a short bus ride to the city centre (bus stop 2 minutes away). You will be sharing a home with myself, my 2 teenagers and 3 cats.

The room is nicely decorated, and is situated downstairs of the house.

You will have use of the bedroom only, shared bathroom /toilet, Kitchen, washing machine and internet Wifi. (There is no shared living space)

The shops, pharmacy, library & bus stop is a minutes walk away.

I’m looking for a female student. Someone who is kind, friendly, honest, clean, tidy, respectful and likes their own company.

Please note that you don’t need any kitchen pans, utensils, cutlery, cups or mugs as I have all this. You don’t need bedding & towels as this will be provided.

Also note that due to child protection you cannot have friends in the house, no smoking in the house, no candles & electric heaters due to fire risk.
