I have a double room available immediately in a lovely 5 bedroom house in Bevendean. It's a 5 minute walk from Lewes road and has a small bus stop right outside it so has great links into town and towards both Universities
Looking for a girl to replace me as the other tenants are all girls in their second year at Sussex university. The rent is £572 per month bills included and WiFi is £5.40 a month untill the end of August, and the property has off street parking
You'll need a renting reference and a UK guarantor, the holding fee is £132 and the deposit is £432.80.
Rent is paid untill the end of December but I'm willing to pay for rent for January too if I can get someone to take my place in the contract ASAP
