South-facing bedroom that borders Cliffe High Street, the South Downs and the many amenities of Lewes town centre.
The room (there is a single or double available)!looks out over the river Ouse and the adjacent nature reserve. It comes part-furnished (bed, desk chest of drawers etc., but there is flexibility over this). There is a separate larder and fridge for your own use
The house has three bedrooms, a kitchen/diner, a separate living room and a terraced garden to the rear of the property.
There are regular bus and rail services to Falmer (University of Sussex/Brighton). The train station is a fifteen minute walk from our house.
My eight year-old daughter and I live in the property. I work in education and nutrition.
In the past, we have lived in South America and parts of Europe. My work sometimes takes me away over the weekend. We are vegetarian and I enjoy cooking, gardening and travel.
I have hosted international students and have really enjoyed the experience.
Ideally I am looking to live with someone who is fairly independent and who has some shared interests.
Lastly, I need to add that we have a cat, Meadow!
