Looking for a new housemate to join our calm and cosy home near Stanmer Park.

A little about us … our interests include making music, crafting, reading, hiking, growing veg, climbing, football, communal dinners, live music and days spent in community agriculture projects.

We are currently an all vegan household (bar eggs and butter).

We are looking for a kind, clean and respectful housemate who can help us to continue cultivating a safe, comfortable and caring home space for us all to enjoy.

— Location —

- 10 mins walk to Falmer train station
- 5 mins walk to BACA bus stop (23/25/28)
- 15 mins walk to Sussex/Brighton university
- 15-20 mins cycle/bus to Brighton centre

This house is perfect for nature lovers! We are close (5 mins) to some beautiful nature walks and just a 10 min walk to the entrance of Stanmer park, which opens right out onto the South Downs National Park.

— The room —

The room is large and rear facing with a comfortable large double bed. All furniture shown in the pictures (large wardrobe, desk, mattress and bed frame with drawers underneath, bedside table) are included. We can leave the TV in your room too if you want.

— Amenities —

Good shower, well-insulated so stays warm during the winter, washing machine/dryer, plenty of fridge/freezer space.

FTTP broadband, the fastest you can get in the country.

We have space for your bike if you have one.
