I am moving back home and need someone to replace my tenancy agreement which finishes 26th August 2024. Wi-Fi and tv license has all been paid and bills have dropped to £70 a month.
The room also contains a mini fridge, tv and has plenty of storage space.
There is a spacious living room with kitchen (contains a dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a tv room and a garden/patio.
There is street parking which you would have to apply through the council.
There is easy access to buses to town centre or towards the universities and is roughly a 15min walk to Brighton station.
